Central Filing Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

As a Central Filing Specialist at EFG International, you will be responsible for:

• Validating and executing eBanking Service enrolment for clients;
• Providing support to Private Banking regarding eBanking issues, including access, correspondence, and technical assistance;
• Managing eBanking access for Private Banking and Independent Asset Manager clients, including creation, update, and revocation;
• Codifying paperless correspondence and managing Client Data Service (ECDS) requests for standard clients and Independent Asset Manager clients;
• Replacing hard tokens and managing eBanking credentials for clients;
• Activating users in Switzerland for clients with existing eBanking access on foreign branch accounts;
• Solving eBanking access issues by consulting IT systems, including Globus, User Management, Entrust, and NCM;
• Communicating with various departments, including IT, eBanking Support, IAM Support, Globus Team, and NCF Team;
• Learning and performing other Central Filing tasks as required.

Skills and Experience:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 2-4 years of experience in e-Banking administration;
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field;
• Fluent knowledge of English, with French being a plus;
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package;
• Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to work and interact in a team;
• Strong problem-solving abilities;
• Flexibility, autonomy, multitasking, and prioritization skills;
• Motivation, accuracy, and attention to detail;
• Availability for public holidays and support in internal projects.
