Infront's partner company, Assetmax, is a leading fintech provider of wealth management software to independent asset managers, family offices, and banks, automating their daily work with cutting-edge technology.

We aim to design the most comprehensive, modern, and intuitive software platform for wealth managers, relieving them from repetitive, automatable tasks and helping them stay up-to-date with technological and regulatory changes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Reconcile portfolio management mandates daily, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Run quality checks and validations daily, identifying and correcting errors.
  • Manage securities master data and price supply, ensuring seamless data flow.
  • Coordinate and clarify issues with custodian banks, resolving discrepancies promptly.

Support Tasks

  • Provide first-level support to clients on reconciliation and data-related topics, such as parser problems, reconciliation issues, and performance analysis.
  • Offer first-level support in adherence with Infront's service quality and communication policies.
  • Identify second-level support requests, delegate them, and track their coverage.
  • Document all interactions with clients, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of securities and portfolio management principles.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in mid- or back-office operations.
  • Excellent teamwork and social skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in IT, particularly in Excel.
  • Customer service orientation, with a positive attitude and patience.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a professional and polite demeanor.
