Job Responsibilities

  • Reconcile portfolio management mandates daily, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Run quality checks and validations daily, identifying and correcting errors.
  • Manage securities master data and price supply, ensuring seamless data flow.
  • Coordinate and clarify issues with custodian banks, resolving discrepancies promptly.

Support Tasks

  • Provide first-level support to clients on reconciliation and data-related topics, such as parser problems, reconciliation issues, and performance analysis.
  • Offer first-level support in adherence with Infront's service quality and communication policies.
  • Identify second-level support requests, delegate them, and track their coverage.
  • Document all interactions with clients, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of securities and portfolio management principles.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in mid- or back-office roles.
  • Excellent team player with strong social skills, able to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Proficient in IT, particularly in Excel.
  • Customer service-oriented, with a positive attitude and patience.
  • Excellent, polite, and professional communication skills.
