Position Overview
We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Financial Services Consultants to join our vibrant international team. In this role, you will engage in projects for some of Europe’s leading brands, primarily within the Financial Services and Fintech sectors. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across various FORFIRM business units to define and analyze requirements, contributing to the development of sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
1) Requirements Gathering:
  • Engage with stakeholders to comprehend business objectives, processes, and challenges.
  • Document, prioritize, and elicit requirements for new initiatives or process enhancements.
2) Solution Design:
  • Collaborate with external partners to design solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Develop functional specifications and user stories.
3) Project Management:
  • Oversee project planning, scope definition, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate internal resources and vendors to ensure timely project delivery within budget.
  • Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
4) Stakeholder Communication:
  • Serve as a liaison between business units, IT, and other relevant teams.
  • Translate technical concepts into accessible language for non-technical stakeholders.
5) Testing and Quality Assurance:
  • Verify that implemented solutions meet business requirements.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and resolve any issues.
6) Change Management:
  • Assist in change initiatives by preparing training materials and facilitating user adoption.


Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in consultancy within the financial sector.
  • Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive meaningful insights.
  • Ability to identify challenges, propose solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information clearly.
  • A solid understanding of the industry or domain relevant to the business.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills.
