EFG International is seeking a skilled Cashier to join our team in Chiasso. This role is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and stimulating environment, providing exceptional service to our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer service, handling cash transactions, and responding to client inquiries.
  • Manage cash transactions, including withdrawals, deposits, and foreign currency transactions.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with internal regulations.
  • Manage access and safe deposit boxes.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to cash transactions and safe deposit boxes.
  • Assist with various administrative and organizational tasks.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Cashier in a bank.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency in using IT tools.
  • Strong client orientation, empathy, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of English and Swiss national languages.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask.
  • Accuracy, precision, and confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
