About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our Audit Corporates Back Office team in Switzerland. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our auditors, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the inbox, calendar, and time management for our auditors, including travel planning and coordination.
• Plan and coordinate internal and external meetings, including bookings and on-site support.
• Assist in the preparation of audit reports, invoices, and correspondence.
• Serve as the local contact for IT and facility management inquiries and manage the reception and welcome desk.
• Create presentations in PowerPoint and maintain the CRM system.
• Provide deputy support to other team members as needed.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional experience in an administrative role.
• Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent training.
• Fluency in Italian and excellent communication skills in English.
• Service-oriented approach and strong 'can-do' attitude.
• Detail-oriented and conscientious working style with the ability to analyze and understand information quickly.
• Resilient, responsible, and flexible individual with the ability to think ahead.
• True team player with the ability to work independently.
