We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control employee to join our team at Randstad. As a Quality Control employee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the development and implementation of quality control processes and procedures.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the ship management team to resolve quality-related issues.
- Develop and implement solutions to improve quality control processes.
- Provide training and guidance to colleagues on quality control procedures.
- At least 2 years of experience in the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Proven experience in interpreting customer feedback and data analysis.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and Outlook.
- Fluent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Accurate and accountable.
