Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry and Management: Update internal systems with all itineraries related data, including departures, services, excursions' details, and prices.
- Content Management: Handle and update excursions and itineraries content published on consumer websites.
- Data Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and validity of data, and identify and correct any errors or inconsistencies.
- Content Consistency: Guarantee consistency and accuracy of the content distributed internally and externally.
- Data Flow Management: Ensure efficient and correct data flow.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement procedures for effective data collection and management, and collaborate with the team to identify and act on opportunities for consistent process improvement.
Requirements
- Language Skills: Fluent command of the English language, especially comprehension and written.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
- Soft Skills: High level of precision, organization skills, and accountability.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze, interpret, and organize large amounts of data.
- Time Management: Excellent time management skills and ability to work towards meeting multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience: Past working experience with database systems and management, including data collection, data visualization, report generation, data cleaning, mapping, and manipulation.
