- Advise and support our national and international clientele
- Responsible for the perfect customer reception and service
- Determining and anticipating customer wishes
- Determining requirements and preparing offers
- Ambassador for assigned jewelry and watch brands
- Cashier service including billing and preparation of sales and export documents
- Structured handling of administrative tasks (CRM)
- Collaboration in the Service-après-vente (SAV)
- Participation in customer events

**Requirements**:

- Training as a retail specialist
- Several years of professional experience in the luxury environment
- Fluent communication skills in Italian, English or German (s/w)
- Profound specialist knowledge and enjoyment of first-class services
- A well-groomed, personable and competent appearance rounds off your personality
- Affinity and confident handling of IT systems
