Sales professionals are the backbone of any successful business, and we're no exception. As a Lifescience Sales Engineer with our team at Watson Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions, you'll be responsible for expanding our client base and increasing sales within your defined territory. Your primary goal will be to analyze customer requirements, select suitable solutions, and provide premium support to ensure long-term satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Expand client base and increase sales within your defined territory through proactive sales and marketing activities
- Sell a growing product portfolio made of pumps, valves, connectors, and tube technologies successfully used in the Pharmaceutical and Biopharm Industries
- Analyze customer requirements to select, cost, and quote a suitable solution
- Act as a true consultant who sells solutions rather than products, providing customers with premium support to ensure long-term satisfaction
Requirements:
- Ideally with an Engineering degree, you have acquired solid technical experience either through a University degree/diploma or through working experience in a similar position
- You have successfully worked within the field of sales for at least 3 years and are well versed in the field of flow components, with a strong affinity for the Biopharm Industry
- With goal-orientation, ambition, and own initiatives, you manage to create and maintain good relationships
- Communicate effectively during regular client visits and explain detailed technical information in a clear and concise way
- Proven ability to manage projects, work accurately, and adhere to deadlines appreciated by clients and colleagues
