Asset Management Specialist for Private Assets

At Lombard Odier, we offer a unique opportunity to work in the Technology & Operations unit as an Asset Management Specialist for Private Assets. This role is part of our Private Assets team, responsible for managing transactions linked to various products for our clients.
About the RoleIn this position, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate accounting for our clients from our Corporate Action Application for events related to the processing of Private Assets. This includes updating Negative Reserves linked to these transactions, requesting the creation of new Main and Commit values via our dedicated Application, and analyzing the accounting method on the basis of documents received and applying it to the customers concerned.
You will also value investments after each event recorded, using quarterly statements, announce and invoice specific fund orders on a daily basis, and regularly analyze and publish reporting for clients holding Private Assets.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you should have a University degree, preferably in Finance, and minimum 5 years' banking experience in the fund industry, with private equity being an asset. Fluency in French and English is required, along with good interpersonal skills, precision, rigor, attention to detail, and service orientation. Strong analytical skills, excellent management of priorities, team spirit, sense of responsibility, and quality are essential.
