Your RoleYou will be part of our AML Monitoring team, focusing primarily on transaction monitoring alerts treatment and investigation using Fiserv. Approximately 70% of your activity will involve qualitative analysis on AML specific issues, additional ad-hoc controls, and involvement in account closure processes. The remaining 30% will consist of payments screening collaboration with Sanctions unit (10%) and support for urgent and business-critical tasks (20%).
Your Profile- Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, or Law, or equivalent academic/work experience;
- 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry, ideally in AML monitoring within Private Banking in Switzerland;
- Good understanding of the Swiss regulatory environment;
- Knowledge in taxation desirable, particularly tax offences monitoring;
- Ability to summarize complex topics, drive practical outcomes, and make sound decisions; fluency in English and French, with additional languages a plus;
- Resident in Switzerland.
