Senior Administrative Support Specialist for Global Wealth Management

Lombard Odier is a renowned global wealth and asset manager with a strong focus on sustainable investing. Our company offers a comprehensive range of discretionary and advisory portfolio management, wealth services, and custody solutions.
Job Description- Provide general administrative support to the Region Head of Southern Europe and Latin America/Limited Partner.
- Act as the first point of contact, screening and answering incoming calls and emails.
- Manage agendas, prepare related documentation, and coordinate meetings.
- Arrange travel arrangements, prepare monthly business expenses, and ensure communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the Business Management Team by handling specific projects/topics concerning the region.
- General gate-keeping and administration support.
- Agenda management and meeting coordination.
- Travel arrangement and expense preparation.
- Communication and coordination with stakeholders.
- Project support and daily business follow-up.
- At least 10 years of experience as a personal assistant working for senior management, preferably within banking and financial services.
- High standard of spoken and written French and English, Italian and/or Spanish and/or Portuguese would be an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Capability to work with demanding internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet tight deadlines.
