Operational Finance Specialist for Private Assets

We are seeking a Operational Finance Specialist for Private Assets, who will join the Technology & Operations unit, responsible for managing transactions linked to Private Assets products. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring all accounting for clients from our Corporate Action Application for events linked to the processing of Private Assets (Capital Calls, various distributions, Cost of Carry, internal applications, etc).
- Updating Negative Reserves linked to these transactions.
- Requesting the creation of new Main and Commit values via our dedicated Application.
- Grouping together orders awaiting Closing and creating Negative Reserves for internal funds.
- Analyzing the accounting method on the basis of the documents received and applying it to customers concerned for external funds.
- Valuing investments after each event recorded, as well as using the funds' quarterly statements.
- Announcing and invoicing specific fund orders on a daily basis.
- Regularly analyzing and publishing reporting for clients holding Private Assets.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A university degree, preferably in Finance.
- At least 5 years' experience in banking, specifically in the fund industry (private equity an asset).
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Strong analytical skills, excellent management of priorities, team spirit, sense of responsibility, and quality.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate.
Salary Estimate: CHF 80,000 - CHF 110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
