About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated IT Business Analyst to join our team in Zürich, who is passionate about optimizing processes, thinking ahead, and growing with our company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for project co-leads and platform ownership for our business systems, including CRM, ERP, Customer Success, subscription management, and customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Co-lead projects and serve as a platform owner for our business systems, ensuring seamless integration and efficient operations
  • Interface between IT, business departments, and external service providers to drive collaborative decision-making
  • Configure systems, implement small changes, and manage permissions to maintain a secure and efficient environment
  • Coordinate with external providers for larger projects, ensuring timely completion and successful outcomes
  • Analyze business requirements and technical processes throughout the value chain, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
  • Develop, optimize, and customize business processes related to customer management systems, driving business excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Design, specify, and maintain systems, ensuring they meet business needs and technical requirements
  • Test, document, support, provide technical guidance, and train stakeholders on new systems and processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Information Technology or a related field from a reputable institution
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering results
  • Experience with SAP or Salesforce is highly desirable, but not mandatory
  • Proven project management skills, with experience in agile environments and process analysis
  • Understanding of interconnected processes across multiple systems, with a focus on customer management
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and proactively
  • Fluency in English and German (spoken and written) is essential
