Key Responsibilities

As a Value Partnerships Growth Manager at Accelleron Industries, you will be responsible for the development and successful sales of our Value Partnerships in Enterprise Services. This includes taking responsibility for a Value Partnership, from acquisition and design to preparation of the offer, and coordinating with customers and internal stakeholders.

You will work closely with our account managers to carry out product demonstrations and identify and evaluate problems and strategic priorities of our customers. Your strong negotiation skills and ability to communicate effectively at different hierarchical levels will enable you to develop solutions that meet our customers' expectations.

A degree in a relevant field such as business administration, health economics, natural sciences, medicine, or medical technology is required. Additionally, several years of professional experience in the Swiss healthcare market, with a focus on solutions business, is highly desirable. We offer a competitive compensation package, including salary, benefits, and opportunities for career advancement.
