Drive Consumer Experience in a Dynamic Retail Environment

We are seeking an exceptional Retail Store Director to lead our store team in Landquart Fashion Outlet. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering memorable shopping experiences and driving sales growth.

About the Role:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing store team, fostering a culture of customer obsession and teamwork
  • Implement effective retail strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our brand, products, and competitors, using this knowledge to inform strategic decisions
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
  • Develop and implement plans to achieve business objectives, aligning with company goals and targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage best practices and drive business results
  • Foster a culture of open communication, respect, and empathy, ensuring a positive work environment

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a retail manager or director, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and inventory management, with a focus on cost control and profitability
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Fluency in English and German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
