Store Manager - The North Face

At VF Corporation, we're looking for a talented Store Manager to join our team in Landquart Fashion Outlet. As a Store Manager, you will lead and nurture a team, drive sales and customer satisfaction, and implement our established retail processes to deliver memorable retail experiences. Your responsibilities will include leading, motivating, and mentoring store teams, implementing retail processes, keeping on top of core retail operational procedures, and reporting performance metrics.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for an outstanding Store Manager with a passion for retail and a drive for results. You should have experience in all facets of running a store, including budgeting and planning, retail operations, and merchandising. You should also have excellent written and verbal communication in both German and English, and be proficient in the use of MS Office and different POS systems. We expect our Store Managers to live and demonstrate our Guiding Principles: Live with Integrity, Act Courageously, Be Curious, Act with Empathy, and Persevere.
