We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Director to lead our retail store team in Landquart Fashion Outlet. As a Store Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
• Develop and implement strategies to improve store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer engagement
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
• Collaborate with the store team to achieve business objectives, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail management, with a strong track record of sales growth and team leadership
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and implement effective solutions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and employee engagement
• Fluency in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
