Job Summary


We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team at the adidas Factory Outlet in Landquart. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of store appearance.

Key Responsibilities


• Meet and exceed customer expectations by delivering a personalized shopping experience

• Drive sales growth by applying effective sales techniques and promoting brand awareness

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, adhering to visual merchandising standards

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns

• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and support store operations

• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and brand information to provide expert advice to customers

• Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping environment

Requirements


• 0-3 years of retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer-facing role

• Basic knowledge of English and good German language skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service

• Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit transactions

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
