Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at VF Corporation. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of customer service, ensuring that all customers are treated with respect and receive a personalized shopping experience.
• Develop a thorough knowledge of products in store, including features, benefits, and pricing.
• Maintain merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines, ensuring a visually appealing and well-organized store environment.
• Stay up-to-date with current trends and the brand's place within the market, providing customers with expert advice and recommendations.
• Follow all operational procedures in the store and in the stock room, ensuring a smooth and efficient shopping experience.

Requirements

• You must have a positive can-do attitude, facing all situations in the store with enthusiasm and passion.
• You are passionate about our brand, fashion, and retail in general, with a strong desire to learn and grow with the company.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German (mandatory) and English.
• You are flexible when it comes to working weekends, evenings, and holidays as necessary.
