About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team at our Factory Outlet in Landquart. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for executing store operations in a conscientious manner, building emotional connections with customers, and serving them with a smile.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet customer expectations and drive sales and brand awareness by applying the customer mission statement
  • Build an emotional connection with each customer by acting as a passionate and enthusiastic ambassador for the brand
  • Prepare and stock/replenish merchandise, adhering to Visual Merchandising standards
  • Ensure a clean and orderly sales floor, undertaking cashiering activities and closing sales quickly and accurately

Requirements

  • 0-3 years retail experience, with training as a salesperson desirable
  • Preferably 1-2 months of work experience in sports and/or fashion retail
  • Good to very good German language skills, with basic knowledge of English
  • Ability to work under pressure, flexibility, and ability to work in a team
