Retail Store Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team at The North Face Landquart Fashion Outlet. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and customer satisfaction, leading and nurturing a team, and implementing retail processes to improve store performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Implement and maintain retail processes to drive sales and improve store performance
- Manage inventory, P&L, and other core retail operational procedures
- Report performance metrics and analyze data to inform business decisions
- Ensure the store is visually merchandised to brand standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management, with a focus on sales and customer experience
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and POS systems
