Store Manager Job Overview

The North Face is seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team at the Landquart Fashion Outlet. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Implement and maintain retail processes and procedures to drive efficiency and excellence
  • Manage store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and visual presentation
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty
Requirements:
  • Proven retail management experience, with a strong track record of success in driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in MS Office and retail management systems
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
