We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Luxury Retail Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Gi Group SA. \\\\(br>\
As a key member of our sales support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the ultimate client experience in our stores. Your responsibilities will include providing sales administration and support to the sales team, delivering required items on time to the Sales Associates, and participating in the maintenance and stock-keeping of the store.
\
Duties and Responsibilities:
\
• Deliver required items on time to the Sales Associates, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
\
• Provide timely updates to the Sales Associates regarding order status and delivery arrangements.
\
• Perform various administrative functions to maintain and update clientele books efficiently.
\
• Swiftly bring any missing items or issues to the attention of your supervisor.
\
• Assist Sales Associates in keeping them updated about the store's stock levels to optimize sales performance.
\
• Participate in the maintenance and stock-keeping of the store, adhering to all loss prevention procedures to ensure inventory integrity.
\
• Provide exceptional customer service by supporting the sales team in maintaining client correspondence via email, phone calls, or letters.
\
• Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to enhance and improve the quality of sales interactions.
\
Skills and Experience:
\
- Previous experience in stock and warehouse management for luxury brands is essential.
\
• Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service, with a drive to exceed expectations.
\
• Fluency in English, German, and Italian, both spoken and written; additional languages are an asset.
\
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
\
• Good stress management, flexibility, and adaptability to handle changing priorities and situations.
\
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines.
\
