Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Client Advisor to join our team at a high-end retail store in St. Moritz. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury fashion, excellent sales skills, and a customer-oriented approach.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve personal sales goals by providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients;
  • Develop and maintain thorough product knowledge to assist clients in making informed purchasing decisions;
  • Maximize sales performance by anticipating client needs and exceeding expectations;
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records;
  • Provide feedback to store management on merchandise trends, missed opportunities, and issues related to fit and quality;
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in sales or customer service in the luxury fashion industry;
  • Strong sense of aesthetics and passion for luxury fashion;
  • Customer-oriented approach and natural selling abilities;
  • Great problem-solving skills and ability to work independently;
  • Fluent knowledge of English; fluency in other languages appreciated but not required;
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is CHF 60,000 - 80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension plan, and paid time off.
