We are seeking a skilled Luxury Fashion Sales Professional to join our team at Gi Group SA in St. Moritz.

As a key member of our sales team, you will represent the company with clients in our boutique/stores, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of aesthetics and passion for luxury fashion, with a proven track record of achieving sales goals and developing strong relationships with clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Achieving personal sales goals by developing and maintaining thorough product knowledge and providing exceptional customer service
  • Maximizing sales performance by establishing strong relationships and gaining insight into the needs and lifestyle of clients
  • Developing an active, repeat customer base and maintaining accurate, detailed client records
  • Providing feedback to store managers on merchandise trends, missed opportunities, and issues related to fit and quality
  • Ensuring appropriate sales floor coverage and complying with all loss prevention procedures to ensure inventory integrity

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • A strong sense of aesthetics and passion for luxury fashion
  • A customer-oriented approach and natural selling abilities
  • Detail-oriented, precise, reliable, and able to manage stress
  • Strong computer skills and ability to work effectively with Microsoft Office and Outlook; SAP Retail experience preferred
  • Fluency in English, German, and Italian; fluency in other languages is a plus

This is a full-time, on-site role with a competitive salary of CHF 80,000 - CHF 100,000 per year, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about luxury fashion, we encourage you to apply.
