Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Specialist to join our team at Gi Group SA in St Moritz. As a Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by supporting the sales team in maintaining client correspondence and ensuring timely delivery of required items.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on time the required items to the Sales Associates
  • Provide updates to the Sales Associates with respect to the order status and delivery arrangement
  • Perform various administrative functions to maintain and update clientele book
  • Swiftly point out to supervisor if something is missing
  • Support Sales Associates in keeping them updated about store stock to optimize sales
  • Participate in maintenance and stock-keeping of the store
  • Comply with all loss prevention procedures to ensure integrity of inventory
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge to enhance and improve quality of sale

Requirements:

  • Experience in stock and warehouse management for luxury brands
  • Commitment and strong drive to provide exceptional customer service
  • Fluent in English, German, and Italian, both spoken and written; other languages are a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good stress management, flexibility, and adaptability
  • Able to work in a team

Estimated Salary: €45,000 - €55,000 per annum, depending on experience
