Gi Group SA is a leading recruitment agency specializing in placing top talent in various industries, including Fashion Design. We are currently looking for a talented individual to fill the role of Luxury Sales Assistant in our client's luxury store in St Moritz.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service by providing sales administration and support to the sales team. This includes delivering required items on time, maintaining store stock, and participating in loss prevention procedures.

In addition to their administrative duties, the successful candidate will also be expected to develop and maintain product knowledge to enhance sales quality. They will work closely with the sales team to ensure that clients receive excellent customer service through email, phone calls, or letters.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about working in a fast-paced retail environment and has excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, German, and Italian, both spoken and written, and have strong interpersonal skills.

The Luxury Sales Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Delivering required items on time to the sales associates
  • Providing updates to the sales associates regarding order status and delivery arrangements
  • Maintaining and updating client books
  • Participating in maintenance and stock-keeping of the store
  • Ensuring compliance with all loss prevention procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in stock and warehouse management for luxury brands
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Fluency in English, German, and Italian, both spoken and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good stress management, flexibility, and adaptability
  • Ability to work in a team
