Job Description
  • Complex project management in overhead line construction (procurement to commissioning)
  • Planning, design, and implementation of overhead line projects for voltage levels from 16 kV to 380 kV
  • Project resource planning, finance coordination, and technical land rights team coordination
  • Preliminary design preparation, planning applications, and tender preparation for work execution and material supply
  • Customer tender answers elaboration
  • Negotiations with clients, authorities, partners, landowners, and suppliers
  • Follow-up, quality control, deadlines, and cost management
Requirements
  • Degree in electrical engineering, steel construction, or civil engineering
  • Proven experience as a project manager in overhead line construction in power transmission and distribution
  • Leadership skills, business sense, managing project teams with clear objectives and tasks
  • Flexibility, autonomy, and strong relationships with line construction partners
  • Excellent initiative, organization, and communication skills
  • German native level or C1 proficiency
Salary & Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is approximately CHF 80,000 - CHF 100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our benefits include:
