agap2 - HIQ Consulting, a leading engineering and operational consulting group in Europe, is seeking a skilled High Voltage Project Coordinator to join our team. As a project manager in the energy sector, you will be responsible for coordinating complex projects from procurement to commissioning.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have a degree in electrical engineering, steel construction, or civil engineering and proven experience as a project manager in overhead line construction. You will be responsible for planning, designing, and implementing overhead line projects for voltage levels from 16 kV to 380 kV.

  • Salary: We offer a competitive salary of €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
  • Location: Our office is located in Switzerland, and we are looking for candidates who are willing to relocate.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating project resources and finances;
  • Negotiating with clients, authorities, partners, landowners, and suppliers;
  • Following up, controlling quality, deadlines, and cost management;
  • Preparing preliminary designs and planning applications;
  • Preparation of tenders for the execution of works and supply of materials;
  • Elaboration of answers to calls for tender of our customers;
  • Planning and design of overhead line projects;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree in electrical engineering, steel construction, or civil engineering;
  • Proven experience as a project manager in overhead line construction;
  • Leadership skills and business sense;
  • Flexible and autonomous working style;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • German native level or at least C1.
