We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex projects in the field of overhead line construction from procurement to commissioning. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, steel construction, or civil engineering and proven experience as a project manager in the construction of overhead lines in power transmission and distribution.
Responsibilities- Plan, design, and implement overhead line projects for voltage levels from 16 kV to 380 kV
- Coordinate with technical and land rights teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Negotiate with clients, authorities, partners, landowners, and suppliers to secure necessary resources and approvals
- Manage project resources and finances effectively to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Prepare preliminary designs, planning applications, and tenders for project execution and material supply
- Develop responses to customer tender calls and facilitate communication between stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, steel construction, or civil engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a project manager in overhead line construction
- Strong leadership skills and business acumen to manage project teams and make informed decisions
- Flexible and autonomous with excellent relationships with partners in the line construction industry
- Excellent initiative, organization, and communication skills
- Native-level German proficiency or C1 level
- A dynamic and committed team environment with real human values
