Private Banking Relationship Manager

As a Private Banking Relationship Manager at EFG International, you will play a key role in supporting the CROs in daily business activities. This includes Active Client Contact in written and spoken German and English. Your primary goal will be to provide top-quality service to clients, ensuring regular and prompt contact via phone, email, and visits. You will be responsible for executing client account openings and closures, as well as KYC reviews. This involves internet searches and providing corroborative documents. Additionally, you will prepare and follow up on client visits, including account documentation, check documents, and account statements. You will also execute and control all client instructions, such as stock market transactions, payments, and foreign currency trades. Further, you will perform various administrative and organizational tasks, including client reviews and missing/pending documents. You will also prepare marketing materials, such as presentations, pitchbooks, and investment proposals. Lastly, you will be required to adapt to changing environments and the respective usage of new platforms/systems internal and external, and explain them to clients (e-banking, Let's sign, IDme).
Required Skills:
A university degree or commercial apprenticeship in a bank or similar banking-related education is required. A minimum of 2 years of previous experience in a private banking environment is also essential. You should have a good understanding of financial instruments, including equities, bonds, structured products, and derivatives. Proficiency in Windows Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is also necessary. You should be able to cope with pressure, deadlines, and flexible working hours. Proficient written and spoken English is essential, with spoken languages such as Italian and/or Spanish being a plus. Team player with a solution-driven mindset and a pragmatic approach.
