Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy to exceed guest expectations and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative luxury experiences, ensuring alignment with MSC Cruises' brand standards.
- Monitor and analyze guest feedback, satisfaction, and revenue results to inform product development and operational improvements.
- Coordinate with operational teams, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and excellence across the fleet.
- Support fleet-wide product development projects, working closely with the Hotel Operations team and other departments.
- Relevant experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel chain or business consultancy or operational internal audit.
- Fluent English; knowledge of Italian or another language is an advantage.
- Experience in managing remote teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
- 10+ years of experience in the Cruise industry.
EU Passport or Right to work in Switzerland.
