Wir suchen eine motivierte Persönlichkeit, die in der Lage ist, unsere Kundenbasis aktiv auszubauen. Als Sales und Business Developer für Zahnärzte (w/m/d) bist du Teil unseres dynamischen Teams und verantwortlich für die Akquise von Neukunden im Bereich der Zahnarztpraxen in der Deutschschweiz.
Ihre Aufgaben- Eigenständige Akquise von Neukunden und Betreuung in den Zahnarztpraxen
- Akquise beim Kunden vor Ort
- Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten, Verkaufschancen und Offerten
- Analyse und Optimierung der Zahlungsströme unserer Kunden
- Sorgfältige Pflege und Verwaltung der Kundendaten im CRM-System
- Unterstützung von Marketingmaßnahmen und Durchführung von Vertriebskommunikation
- Teilnahme an Fachveranstaltungen und Messen zur Netzwerkpflege und Kundengewinnung
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit guten IT-Kenntnissen (MS Office, CRM, SMS, SM)
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Aussendienst/Vertrieb im Dienstleistungsbereich
- Kenntnisse des Zahnarztmarktes oder Gesundheitswesens sind von Vorteil
- Große Selbstständigkeit, Disziplin und Organisationstalent
- Kommunikationsstärke, sicheres und gepflegtes Auftreten
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen, hohe Affinität zu digitalen Tools
- Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Schweiz
- Führerausweis Kat. B
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch (Wort & Schrift), Schweizerdeutsch ist ein Muss, Französisch von Vorteil
