Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in Geneva. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing overall project cost, schedule, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage General Contractor and other directly contracted vendors and consultants.
- Analyse, track, and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip.
- Run and lead client and other required meetings.
- Identify factors that influence construction costs and monitor and report on this data.
- Support engineering decisions relating to project cost and budget while design-build changes take place during construction.
- Review requests for payment.
- Record occurrences that might result in a claim - acting on the client's behalf.
- Manage the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications.
Requirements
- A construction-related academic qualification/degree (construction, project management, engineering, surveying, or architecture).
- Min. 4 years of working experience in project management for data centre construction projects.
- Proficiency in both English and French is an absolute necessity.
- Advanced skills with spreadsheets, report writing, and presentations.
- Strong and professional communication skills, with great organization skills, ability to multi-task.
- Must have a 'team attitude', be self-motivated, and be willing to support other groups and projects when required.
