Job Title: Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our Building Management System Migration project. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery and post-implementation review.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and manage project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
  • Ensure compliance with WIPO's project management methodologies and standards
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in engineering, building management, or a related field
  • At least 7 years of experience in managing large-scale projects, preferably in the building management or infrastructure sector
  • Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies, including Prince2
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
