Taleo Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Coordinator and Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading pilot projects, managing resources, and overseeing program implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead pilot project on the development of impact licensing activities in collaboration with a selected partner.
- Finalize two pilot licensing agreements and draft case studies.
- Act as a project manager in relation to the WIPO GREEN Finance Initiative.
- Oversee themes and calendar of events carried out by external contractors.
- Develop fundraising strategy for a new multi-donor fund.
- Lead IP management clinic and engage existing partners through sector-specific or regional networking.
- Organize partner sector-specific engagement opportunities and carry out a pilot innovation call.
- Lead organization of the WIPO GREEN Core Committee meeting and oversee management of new membership requests.
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in a relevant field such as international relations, law, or technology-oriented studies.
- At least 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Clear understanding of IP's role in supporting green innovation, including experience with licensing and technology transfer.
- Experience with stakeholder engagement and developing sustainable partnerships.
- Good knowledge of and interest in climate change, food security, and environmental issues.
- Experience with planning, managing resources, and overseeing program implementation.
- Understanding of WIPO's mandate and knowledge of relevant external policy processes and stakeholders.
- Excellent English communication skills.
