Product Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for our Electrical Safety Solutions Business Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a marketing strategy aligned with our business growth objectives.
- Collaborate with product line managers and sales teams to define product market introduction plans and drive implementation.
- Design and develop promotional materials, including commercial brochures, presentations, and videos, to support sales activities.
- Conduct competitor analysis to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.
- Establish e-learning modules to enhance product knowledge among our sales network.
- Maintain product documentation for internal and external purposes.
- Manage trade show and fair participation, including preparation and coordination with Business Unit teams.
- Technical degree in electrical engineering or power electronics.
- Further education in industrial product marketing.
- At least 10 years of international experience in sales and product marketing in industrial B2B environments.
- Proven track record in product marketing, driving key initiatives across the organization.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop compelling communication strategies based on technical rationale.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, French and German desirable.
