Job Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Project Manager to reinforce our team in Geneva. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the realization of customer projects for our Power conversion activity, including railway and industrial applications.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage all tasks related to the project, including team project follow-up.
- Ensure material delivery in accordance with customer contracts (quality, cost, delay, and performance).
- Organize Factory Acceptance Tests of Transformer-Power converters groups.
- Maintain constant communication with clients during the project.
Requirements
- Engineering degree in Electrical field.
- Project management certification is an asset.
- Relevant experience as a project manager in electrical fields, including power conversion, renewable energies, or power distribution industries.
- Experience in complex and/or large-scale projects.
- Fluent English is mandatory; French or Spanish languages are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively.
- Ability to analyze and understand complex project situations.
- Capacity to adapt to customer agendas.
- Solid technical understanding of Power Electronics and related technologies.
- Contract management and understanding of legal terms.
