We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Geneva. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing full support in all relevant HR processes, practices, and policies across countries in scope and HR disciplines.
Main Responsibilities- Manage multiple in-take channels and act as a point of contact for HR-related questions from associates across levels and colleagues in other HR functions, providing guidance as and when appropriate.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Human Resources policies, processes, and tools, partnering with other HR functions as needed.
- Provide consultation to the broader HR team to ensure accuracy and true intent within the system.
- You have intermediate knowledge of different countries' employment law regulations, financial regulations, and/or know where to research information.
- You may develop in-depth expertise in process(es) and become a subject matter expert locally or for the region.
- Independence and oversight: contribute ideas in meetings for project or process improvement, prioritize work, exercise autonomy by making independent decisions, and take ownership of tasks and projects.
- Business acumen: understand clients, operations, capabilities, strategy, and goals; basic understanding of CG products and business processes, and how they apply to the client group.
- Communication, collaboration, and influence: demonstrate emotional intelligence, communicate thoughts with clarity and cohesion, voice concerns, and learn foundations of change management.
