Job Description:

The ideal candidate will contribute to delivering comprehensive and excellent HR services, including employee lifecycle management and HR administration.

This position involves overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, encompassing onboarding, offboarding, work authorizations, induction, and more.

The successful candidate will maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records through digital solutions and provide comprehensive HR support to employees.

Key responsibilities include managing registrations for social insurance, addressing ad hoc queries, grievances, and other employee-related issues, and contributing to the evolution of HR policies, strategies, and systems.

Furthermore, the selected candidate will assist in recruitment efforts, from job postings and resume screening to interview coordination, and enhance employer branding through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree level, Certificate in HR or similar level of education, and proven 3-5 years of working experience in a similar position.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, customer orientation, flexibility, and agility, as well as excellent communication skills and high drive.
