Marketing Communications Coordinator for International Cooperation

cinfo is a leading competence centre for labour issues in international cooperation, working closely with the Swiss Confederation and other international partners. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Marketing Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of positioning cinfo as a benchmark centre of expertise in international cooperation. As our Marketing Communications Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing communication and marketing campaigns that showcase the vital role and impact of careers in international cooperation.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and publish engaging content on various platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, newsletter, and website, highlighting the importance of careers in international cooperation and promoting cinfo services.
- Contribute to the review and enhancement of website content to ensure clarity and engagement.
- Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement communication and marketing campaigns.
- Support the marketing of cinfoPoste, our flagship job portal, to attract potential candidates and employers, analysing user experience and providing strategy and tips for enhancement.
- Provide administrative support and analytics to optimise workflows and improve efficiency.
We are looking for a talented individual with a completed or nearly completed degree in Communication, Marketing, Human Resources, International Relations, or a related field. You should be proficient in either German or French, with a good understanding of the other, and fluent in English. Initial experience in digital communication and social media is essential, as well as excellent organisational skills, proactivity, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
What We OfferWe provide a paid traineeship with flexible working arrangements, offering valuable professional experience and opportunities for growth through on-the-job and external training. Our dynamic team works under attractive employment terms, including hybrid work arrangements, combining in-office and remote work. In February 2025, we will relocate from Biel to Bern, with new premises designed to accommodate people with reduced mobility.
The estimated salary for this role is approximately CHF 40,000 - CHF 50,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
