Job DescriptionThis role offers the perfect opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital communication, social media marketing, and campaign development. As a Graduate Trainee, you will be responsible for creating and publishing engaging content on various platforms, optimising our website, and supporting the marketing of our flagship job portal, cinfoPoste.
Key Responsibilities- Digital communication: Develop and implement content strategies across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and our website.
- Website optimisation: Enhance the user experience by reviewing and refining website content.
- Campaign development: Collaborate with our team to design and execute effective communication and marketing campaigns.
- Promotion of cinfoPoste: Support the marketing efforts of our job portal to attract potential candidates and employers.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A completed or nearly completed degree in Communication, Marketing, Human Resources, International Relations, or a related field.
- Proficient language skills in English, with a good understanding of German or French.
- Initial experience in digital communication and social media.
- Excellent organisational skills, proactivity, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
We offer a competitive salary of CHF 60,000 - 80,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience. You will also enjoy flexible working arrangements, opportunities for professional growth, and a dynamic work environment where you can regularly use English, French, and German.
