At Universität Bern, we are seeking a Marketing Communications Professional to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and implement marketing strategies that promote our programs and services.

About the Role

This position is responsible for managing all aspects of marketing communications, including developing and implementing marketing plans, creating and managing marketing materials, and engaging with stakeholders.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who can work effectively in a dynamic environment. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations, with a preference for experience in educational or international contexts.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and website management (WordPress/Elementor).
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills is a must; working knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with SEO and analytics tools for tracking and optimizing performance.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a salary, we also offer flexible working hours, remote work options, and an attractive workplace located in the city center near the main train station in Bern.
