Contracting Operations Assistant

• Assist the Procurement team in managing the contracting process
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient completion of cross-departmental projects and tasks
• Manage external stakeholder relationships with suppliers
• Implement proactive processes to ensure suppliers meet safety and risk management criteria
• Learn internal systems used for procurement and production
• Apply data to complete team tasks and goals
• Develop knowledge of the supply market in the LATAM region to identify trends and opportunities that bring innovation to operations
Requirements
• 0-2 years of work experience
• Having studied or worked abroad for at least 6 months
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Strong organizational skills, able to multitask and great attention to detail
• Quick learner and proven problem solver
• Skilled in MS Excel
