Tax Assistant/ Paralegal

**Vacancy: Tax Assistant/ Paralegal (f/m/x)** - We are looking for a Tax Assistant/ Paralegal (f/m/x) to start immediately for our client For this position, the employee in question will work directly for our client. The support, placement and all of our additional services are free of charge for you as the applicant.
**Your Responsibilities as Tax Assistant/ Paralegal (f/m/x)**
- Conduct research on tax-related issues and assist in implementing tax planning strategies
- Draft legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
- Communicate with authorities, agencies, and clients
- Manage files and databases
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
- Help track and monitor deadlines and important dates
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the team
- Event Management: Organize and coordinate logistics for executive board meetings, ensuring all necessary preparations are made for smooth operations
- Minutes Taking: Take detailed minutes during executive board meetings, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution to stakeholders
**Your Qualification and Skills**
- Completed commercial education (e.g., Swiss Federal Certificate of Vocational Education and Training (EFZ) or a similar qualification) or legal education at a secondary level or equivalent qualification
- Initial professional experience in tax consulting, as a paralegal, or in a similar role is advantageous
- Previous experience in event management and minute-taking for executive meetings is desirable
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written); German skills are highly valued
- Strong affinity for numbers and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently
- Good MS Office skills (especially Excel and Word)
- Team player with a proactive approach and high level of responsibility
