About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Lead Business Risk Manager to join our team in Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for performing Europe-wide audits in all business units, analyzing business processes, and developing recommendations to improve compliance and efficiency.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct independent audits of business processes to ensure compliance with internal guidelines and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze business processes and develop recommendations to enhance process efficiency and reduce risk.
- Presentation of audit reports and follow-up on agreed measures.
- Coordinate audit results and recommendations with management.
- Perform follow-up audits to ensure implementation of recommendations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business units on how to improve processes.
- Take ownership of audit project streams.
- Perform ad hoc and special audits as required.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Law (or a comparable qualification).
- First professional experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in German and English.
- High analytical skills, initiative, and ability to work in a team.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications and SAP ERP.
- IT affinity and programming skills are an asset.
- A drive to achieve and willingness to learn.
