Cybersecurity Portfolio Business Leader

At ALSO, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to drive strategic leadership and high-impact go-to-market performance across the responsible region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide business leadership for the Microsoft Security Business in the region, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment with internal goals.
  • Activate the seller community, engage in targeted marketing activities, and drive sales to achieve revenue targets.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations, to drive business impact and operational efficiency.
  • Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify strategic opportunities and inform decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive teams, partners, and key stakeholders to support business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, or related fields, with a strong background in cybersecurity products and services.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and models, such as Zero Trust. Familiar with Microsoft Security solutions and offers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Relevant certifications in cybersecurity or related fields are a plus.
