Job Description

As a Technical Support Engineer at ALSO, you will play a crucial role in driving the future of cybersecurity with Cisco technologies. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting projects, preparing inquiries, and providing ongoing technical support to business partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales department and Product Manager on current technical issues related to supported solutions.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of advanced Security and Enterprise Networking solutions.
  • Participate in pre-sales support for the mentioned solutions, leveraging your experience as a reseller or distributor.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of technical and tender documentation.
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry advancements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in pre-sales support for Security and Enterprise Networking solutions.
  • Proven technical knowledge of advanced Security and Enterprise Networking solutions.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under time pressure and set priorities effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of English, allowing for effortless reading of technical documentation.
